Terms of service

§ 1 Scope

These General Terms and Conditions, in the version valid at the time of the order, apply exclusively to the business relationship between Sandro Lippe (hereinafter “Seller”) and the customer.

§ 2 Contracting party, conclusion of contract

The purchase contract is concluded with Sandro Lippe, Görlitzer Straße 3, 55543 Bad Kreuznach, Germany. The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to order. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email.

§ 3 Contract language, storage of contract text

The language available for concluding the contract is English/German. The contract text is stored by us and sent to you in text form after conclusion of the contract, together with these Terms and Conditions.

§ 4 Prices, shipping costs

The prices stated on the product pages are final prices. As a small business under § 19 UStG (German VAT Act), we do not separately state VAT. In addition to the stated prices, shipping costs may apply, which are shown on the respective product page or before completion of the ordering process.

§ 5 Origin of goods

The products we offer are shipped from a fulfilment partner’s warehouse located in Poland (European Union). As this is a delivery within the EU, no customs duties or import charges apply.

§ 6 Payment

The payment methods displayed at the completion of the ordering process are generally available to you.

§ 7 Delivery and shipping terms

Delivery is made to the shipping address specified by the customer. Details on delivery times can be found in our Shipping Information.

§ 8 Retention of title

The delivered goods remain our property until paid in full.

§ 9 Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.

§ 10 Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, as well as under the Product Liability Act. For slight negligence, we are only liable in the event of breach of a material contractual obligation (cardinal obligation), and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.

§ 11 Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with our separate Right of Withdrawal page.

§ 12 Dispute resolution

The EU platform for online dispute resolution was shut down as of 20 July 2025. We are not obligated and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

§ 13 Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which the customer has their habitual residence remain unaffected.
